Security Measures
Public Contacts -- those that everyone sees -- can
only be edited or exported by those with Admin privileges.
Private Contacts are seen only by the individual user
who owns the contacts. Private Contacts can be copied
to the Public Contact book, but Public Contacts cannot
be copied to Private address books.
