You can manage mailing lists to staff and send out messages from within the application.       Up to Date Staff Details   Staff can view and edit their own essential contact details in their "My Details" link located at the bottom of every page of your Worlddo application. By staff keeping their details up-to-date, your administration staff is saved on time and effort.       Security   You can decide what a person or workgroup will or will not see in your Worlddo application. Security access to the HRM section can be limited to specific staff or groups.       Search Skills Anywhere   Set up Primary and Secondary Skills Sets for online Skills Gap Analysis (in both HRM and Project Suite). Staff can be located anywhere, and you can find out who is best for the job. See at a glance the essential contact information you need.       Track Attendance (Time Card)   Employees can register their attendance online, and these are reported in real-time.       Assign Multiple Charge Out Rates   Manage multiple billing rates in multiple currencies. Billing rates can also be set by project managers in Projects.       Track Expense Limits   You can set expense limits for employees according to positions. If there's a problem, a red light will display to warn of the over-limit.       Define an Immediate Manager for Workflows   You can define the Immediate Manager for a given user. This is paritcularly useful in setting workflows, in getting forms approved by the immediate manager of the person submitting the form.       Set and track Sales Quotas   You can set and track Sales Quotas easily. See the Sales by Employee in Reports.       Track Review and Commencement dates   Keep track of your staff review dates and see them in one table. You can also set up a staff review calendar if required.
