Automate your Office.

Professional Edition comes with built-in Professional Service Automation ("PSA"), with online T&E, T&E workflow management, expense tracking and Auto Invoicing for a Client, Job, or Office. Staff are assigned (multiple) Roles with multi-currency charge out rate capabilities and use those Roles to assess time charges. When staff are assigned to Clients, client information is kept confidential. The T&E module includes Jobs Management so that a Client can have multiple Jobs -- conveyancing, a project, litigation, or retainers. Expense Limits are assigned to staff, and managers are warned if limits are exceeded. Invoices prepared by Professionals can be checked by Accounts in a central location, or can be raised by Accounts directly. Analytic Reports are particularly useful for Professional Offices, and were designed with Price Waterhouse Senior Staff.

   
Centralized Client Information  
All your client information in centralized for ease of management, including contacts hisotry, invoices, contracts, audit trails and account information. Customer information is accessible by staff as required in one central location. Telephone staff, sales staff, professionals, and others can access information as required. Create client records as you need, and even assign workflows to approve opening and closing client records.  
   
Multiple Rates for Multiple Employees in Multiple Currencies  
Staff are assigned multiple Roles with multi-currency charge out rate capabilities.  
   
Auto Invoicing for Time & Expenses Billed
 
Where time and expenses have been billed to a client, invoices will be automatically prepared for checking and sending out. A red traffice will sign that there is unbiled time or expenses ready to be checked and added to the invoice.  
   
Workflow Invoices
 
Invoices prepared by Professionals can be checked by Accounts in a central location, or invoices can be raised by Accounts directly. Additional functionality on workflowing invoices can be added quickly to suit your office. More complex invoicing workflows can be done with the Forms & Workflows Editor.  
   
Workflow T&E  
Setting Workflows for Time & Expense Billing can be done in seconds.  
   
Assign Workflows for approving Clients and Jobs, and closing them, too  
Professional Edition's "CRM Approvals" function gives professional firms additional security in Client and Job approval and closure processes. You can set Workflows to approve and open Clients and Jobs, as well as to close Client and Job Records. Managers are notified of forms requiring their attention, and Reports analyze Client and Job Life Cycles.  
   
Jobs Management  
Extensive job management systems are included to let you manage Jobs attached to clients. Set workflow approvals to open and close Jobs -- take the Job order over the phone, submit a New Job form and notify the person responsible.  
   

Set Charge Codes

 
Multiple charge codes can be assigned to a client and jobs. Charge codes are needed to bill time and expenses.  
   

Client Life Cycles

 

Get real-time reports on client life cycles including:

  • Client name
  • number of days life cycle
  • responsible staff
  • Total amount paid and received
 

Job Life Cycles

 

Get real-time drill-down reports on job life cycles including:

  • Job name
  • number of days life cycle
  • responsible staff
  • Total time and expenses approved, total amount paid and received
 

Assign Staff to Clients for Confidentiality and Less Scrolling

 

Staff can be assigned to clients. When staff are assigned:

  • ONLY assigned staff will be able to view their clients' information.
  • ONLY the charge codes of clients assigned to you will appear in your time and expense sheets to save on scrolling
  • If staff are not assigned, then client information is viewable to all staff.
