Types & Applications:
When you build a form, you need to
select Field Types - eg., text fields,
attachment fields, number fields, and
so on.
Worlddo contains multiple Field Types
especially prepared for making form
building and workflowing easier. This
saves you time and lets you get going
very quickly. Here are just a few examples
of field types:
Workflow Invoices
The
Invoice Matrix field type lets
you take orders over the phone,
add automatically raise an invoice
at the end of the workflow. Because
every business is different, straight
PHP code is needed in the Actions
tab to define what you want done
when the form is (1) Submitted
(2) Approved and (3) Declined.
Simply add the items for the invoice
in the form, and click Submit
-- click the image to see an Invoice
Matrix field type in a form.
Addresses: Fault
Tolerance
The
Address Field Type has built in
Fault Tolerance. Type the wrong
address, and suggestions will
be raised. Click on the correct
name and the address is auto filled.
The Address Field Type is for
Australian addresses, but can
easily cater for US or other countries
where current city/town/suburb/post
code lists are downloadable from
the Post Office web site. Click

Finish-to-Start Workflows
With the ability to define Actions,
a workflow can be
programmed to start after another has
finished, or split after another has
finished depending on what was decided.
This ability
makes the Forms Editor ideal SCM applications,
complex workflows, schools and universities,
and more.
